A fairy-like tiered piece that casts a magical spell on little girls. Pull-on tank styling with two layers of twirly flounces and side slits. The longer bottom-layer flounce is crafted of fluttery knitted mesh. Splash of pink with beautiful roses and burgundy-colored birdies. Pastel pink trims.
 
In production of this dress, only safe, durable, non-toxic fabric paints are used.
