Bright, light and twirly, just the way she likes it.  This may well become her favorite Summer outfit. The top is embelished with a pretty flower and silver sparkle detail on the bodice and the softest mesh ruffle. Coordinating pull-on capris are sweetly flared at the hem. Rich pink trims.
