Airy and light like a dream, the dress has two layers of assymetrical flounces with side slits.  Crafted with fluttery knitted mesh, it drapes beautifully, whether you walk, dance or twirl in it. Features vibrant shades of blue and turquoise with shimmery-wite dragon fllies and flower details in navy and white. 
 
In production of this dress, only safe, durable, non-toxic fabric paints are used. 

Fully hand-painted, made in U.S.A.

100% nylon - dress, 92% cotton + 8% spandex with 100% nylon flounce - under-layer slip. 

Machine wash inside out on a gentle cycle, twist, lay and dry to maintain crinkle effect.
