Airy and light like a dream, the skirt has two layers of assymetrical flounces and side slits - it drapes beautifully, whether you walk, dance or twirl in it. Features pleasant shades of blue and turquoise with shimmery-white dragonflies and flower details in navy and white. Shapely top features flutter sleeves in matching mesh layers.
 
In production of this outfit, only safe, durable, non-toxic fabric paints are used.

100% nylon mesh, complemented with 92% cotton + 8% spandex used for skirt under-layer and for the top. 

Machine wash inside out on a gentle cycle.  Twist the skirt while wet and lay to dry to maintain the crinkle effect.
