Whispery soft and elegant, the empire-waist dress features pleasant shades of mauve and periwinkle with gentle rose embelishments.  Skirt in substantial mesh.  Flounced under-skirt sweetly peaks from underneath the A-line top layer.

100% nylon mesh, complemented with 92% cotton + 8% spandex used for skirt under-layer and for the top.
